"Because every balloon installation is completely custom, we're unable to provide pricing until we've had a chance to hear exactly what you're envisioning. The size of the space, the number of colors, the style, the complexity — all of these things affect the final price, and we want to give you an accurate quote, not a guess.

That's where the $30 balloon consultation fee comes in.

For $30, you get a dedicated phone or email consultation with us — no fluff, just a real conversation about your balloon vision so we can put together a custom quote that actually reflects what you want. 

Your $30 balloon consultation includes:

• A one-on-one phone or email conversation to discuss your style, colors, space, and event details
• A custom price quote based specifically on your needs
• Expert guidance on which garland or arch style works best for your space and vision
• Please note:
• Balloon consultations are conducted via phone or email only. There are no in-person consultations for this service.
• In-person meetings are reserved for events that have been fully booked and contracted.
• The $30 consultation fee is non-refundable and does not apply toward your final balloon order total.
• Balloon garlands and arches are available in a maximum of 4 colors per installation.
• Final pricing will only be confirmed after your full consultation details have been discussed."*
